The first fryer in Madinah
Our journey began in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, serving Broast and Shawarma to pilgrims, families and workers near the Prophet’s city.

We added slow-cooked Kabsa and Gulf-style Majboos. Guests from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt and the Gulf became regulars.
